Updated January 2022
Art Hub will follow scientific, government and local advice at all times.
In accordance with government advice, we support the regular use of free lateral flow tests by all participants and staff involved in activities, and would encourage you to take a lateral flow test before your class to protect yourself and others.
Currently unless you are medically exempt you will need to wear a mask in and around The Arts Centre We would encourage you to remain wearing a mask or visor during the session if you are able.
Tables will be set up before participants arrive to ensure appropriate social distancing.
Pre-prepared materials and supplies will be provided for each individual in a class, unless otherwise stated, but you are welcome to bring your own materials for yourself to use if you would prefer.
The studio has windows available for ventilation.
Hand wash Stations
Hand sanitiser is at the main entrance of the centre and must be used after leaving school and before entering the building.
There will be hand sanitiser available in the studio and we will encourage regular hand washing.
Reporting of Covid-19
If we are notified that someone in the group has contracted Covid-19 then we will contact other students and staff.
Cancellations made in accordance, response or relating to COVID 19 restrictions or guidance such as the impact of test and trace, national or local regulation, the decision or requirement of the tutor or students to self-isolate will be subject to different terms and conditions to those detailed below under our general policy.
We will endeavour to provide the most equitable and supportive solution for students. If you are unable to attend due to isolation, we can look at adding on a session at a later date.
If Art Hub needs to cancel your booking or activity for any reason relating to Covid 19 we will first find a way that the sessions can be completed at a later/alternative date.
